Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Finance Specialist at our Bellevue, WA location responsible for evaluating fair value of Concur deals and providing support to the sales team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Liaise with key stakeholder groups to resolve deal issues. Review and approve sales quotes. Provide commercial advice to sales field. Perform SSP compliance checks. Represent finance on cross-functional project teams. Support compliance with, IFRS 15 & Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls requirements. Assist team in managing group work-load and support team projects. Telecommuting permitted.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study and 5 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
Work Experience:
Experience must involve 3 years in the following: Resolving complex deal scenarios; Negotiation to suggest best commercial outcomes and GAAP and Revenue Recognition. Experience must also include: Establish relationships as a finance business partner to sales teams; Accounting standards and practices and ability to apply accounting theory to day to day work. Telecommuting permitted.
